For all but the dirtiest washes, (along with items such as underwear, bedding and baby clothes), washing at 30°C is clean and energy saving.

Around two thirds of our machine washable clothes can be washed effectively at 30°C and these items carry 'Think climate - recommend wash at 30°C' labels, so you know exactly which ones they are.
