We're significantly reducing the amount of carrier bags and packaging that we use, and are looking for new ways to recycle what we do use. By 2012 we aim to ensure that none of our clothing or packaging needs to end up as landfill.

Reducing the weight of non-glass packaging by 25%.

Increasing the amount of packaging made from more sustainable raw materials such as recycled materials and Forest Stewardship Council wood pulp.

Ensuring that all packaging can be easily recycled or composted, accepting that in some case this may require the use of heavier materials.
Waste progress so far
Since we started charging our food carrier bags we have seen an 80% reduction in the number of bags we've given out.
