We're significantly reducing the amount of carrier bags and packaging that we use, and are looking for new ways to recycle what we do use. By 2012 we aim to ensure that none of our clothing or packaging needs to end up as landfill.

Having reduced food waste we plan to work with suppliers to improve stock planning by developing the accuracy of our systems for forecasting demand.

Since we started charging our food carrier bags we have seen an 80% reduction in the number of bags we've given out.
