M&S has joined forces with leading blood cancer charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research to help beat leukaemia, the most common form of childhood cancer. As part of M&S' campaign 'Put childhood leukaemia to bed', M&S donated 10% from all the sales of Kids nightwear for a limited period* contributing to funding important research to help save children's lives.
The four children photographed modelling the M&S nightwear have all survived Leukaemia.
Every day a child is diagnosed with leukaemia and with that devastating news a family's life is turned upside down. Thanks to continued investment in pioneering research by the charity, over 90% of children now survive the most common form of childhood leukaemia. But treatments are still very aggressive and can have long-lasting effects. And sadly some children still die from this terrible disease.
Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research's immediate goal is to ensure current treatments are as effective and safe as possible so these children can go on to live healthy, happy lives.
All money raised through the 'Putting Childhood Leukaemia to Bed' campaign will be invested in research to help save the lives of every child with leukaemia.
